1. What experience and successes have you had treating my type and stage of cancer?
2. Which medical facilities (including hospitals) will you use for my treatments?
3. What treatment methods do you recommend for my type and stage of cancer?
4. Are there clinical trials or treatments in development that are right for my situation?
5. Where can I find good information about these types of treatments?
6. Can you tell me about other physicians and TCI care team members who will be involved in my care and their roles in my treatment?
7. What side effects or risks are possible with each type of recommended treatment?
8. How can I learn more about this type of cancer and treatment options?
9. What should I do if there are new symptoms, pain, or questions that come up between appointments?
10. Is there anything that can be done to lessen the possibility of having side effects?
