Help For The Helper
Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you feel overwhelmed. Identify how others might help you and then assign them specific tasks. People may want to help you but don’t know what you need.
Here are some things you can ask them to do:

- Eldercare
- Talk with you and listen to your feelings
- Help with driving errands
- Attend doctor visits
- Find information you need
- Tell others how your loved one is doing
